About the job

As an International Sales Supporter you have a B2B focus with the goal of further establishing Legamaster as a "preferred supplier" to our channel partners and assure a good positioning of the Legamaster products and branding through our various channel partners (e.g. distribution partners, retailers, e-commerce platforms and dealers). You work closely with our International Sales and International Key Account teams and support them with making listing proposals, distribute marketing material and the establishment of reports in order to analyse and identifying opportunities in the market.

You will be working in an Agile-to-be organization in an international business unit.


In doing so, your essential duties and responsibilities are:
• Pro-actively collaborating with our channel partners on sales- and marketing related issues and maintaining the customer relationship to increase customer retention
• Coordinating the distribution of marketing tools for (new) products and develop joint local go-to-market materials with and for our channel partners
• Monitoring and pro-actively proposing improvement ideas to ensure optimal positioning of Legamaster products and branding in catalogues, on-line shops and showrooms
• Taking and solving customer issues as soon as they arise and ensure satisfied customers
• Supporting the International Sales and International Key Account teams with business development tasks such as monitoring, identifying and providing information for new business, projects and tenders
• Collecting information and creating internal and external reports
• Performing market research on competitive information and possible distribution channels. Generating and processing new sales leads as necessary and ensure accurate CRM reporting.

What do you need in order to be successful in this role?
• HBO work and thinking level with 3-5 years of work experience within an international, commercial B2B environment
• Commercially oriented, service-oriented and customer-friendly
• You have an excellent knowledge of the English languages, spoken and written. Knowledge of other European languages and especially German and/or Spanish is a plus
• You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. You can communicate at different levels and convince others
• You are eager to learn, pragmatic, proactive and able to implement your creative ideas independently
• You have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and set priorities.
